Beautiful Health is equipped with sixteen high-speed Spunbond and spunmelt production lines, and one 7-meter SXMS Bicomponent nonwoven production line. We manufacture nonwoven fabrics from 100% virgin polypropylene chips for hygiene, medical, and industrial applications with an annual capacity of 100,000+ metric tons.
With the advantages of self-produced non-woven fabrics, the company has been vigorously developing non-woven high-end products—medical surgical supplies and protective articles since 2005. It has established 5,000 square meters of 100,000-class clean workshops and advanced technologies in line with GMP standards. Production equipment.
Betford is one of the earliest companies to apply non-woven fabrics to industrial products. It mainly produces high-quality non-woven fabrics, shopping bags, gift bags, insulation bags, household items, and pillow cases.

Since its establishment in 2000, Beautiful Health has been committed to the engineering and manufacturing of Spunbond nonwoven fabrics, as well as the production and sales of nonwoven products. Currently, Beautiful Health produces more than 150,000 metric tons of nonwoven fabrics annually. A huge array of nonwovens is widely used in three main industries:
1.Sanitary market: hydrophilic, hydrophobic, super-soft, silky-soft, perforated, embossed, and elastic nonwovens.
2.Medical market: static, alcohol and blood repellent fabrics, antibacterial composite nonwovens, and high efficiency melt-blown nonwovens. Each with excellent barrier properties for the medical market.
3.Industrial market: anti-aging, anti-static, and flame retardant fabrics of different colors, as well as nonwovens for furniture, nonwoven bags, and covering cloths for agricultural purposes.
With its own R&D department and production lines, Beautiful Health is the one-stop source for all clients in the nonwoven industry, offering services from raw material production to product processing. Furthermore, Beautiful Health operates in class 100,000 clean workshops qualified under GMP standards coupled with specialized laboratories and ethylene oxide sterilizers.
